Our client is an established Shopify partnered agency who knows exactly what it takes to design, build, and grow some of Australia’s most successful and loved eCommerce brands, and by golly, do they do it well.

Nestled in the heart of Woolloongabba, this agency has around 20 incredibly talented in-house digital professionals that LOVE to create. They’re designers, developers, strategists, Shopify experts, digital marketers, and project managers. And they all get buzzed about working together, creating the most gorgeous experiences for their clients' businesses online.

They’re sharers of beautiful home cooked food. They like to come to work dressed up and in theme [not everyday, obvs], and for them, spending most of the week in the office is important for comradery and cohesion. Just how it should be!

 

And this role?

Internally, this role is called a Digital Project Manager, though the responsibilities mimic that of your typical agency Account Manager role. And the reason why it’s titled in this way, is because for them, it’s paramount that their Digital Project Managers are methodical, and can follow project management principles. It’s their secret sauce, and it’s how they are able to manage their clients' projects in the beautiful way they do.

You’re someone who enjoys delighting clients and playing a leading role when it comes to seeing growth for clients. You find yourself getting invested in your customers' success, and you love to be there at each step of the journey to support, hold their hands, and to see them ultimately succeed.

You are accountable for the delivery of your clients assigned projects & the ongoing relationship. Now, this could be for one-off projects like a web build, or other digital marketing recurring projects. You’ll be working closely and cohesively with other teams to ensure that projects are run successfully, and there’s plenty of support and encouragement here for you, too.

You’ll be all up in tools like Click-Up,Google Suite, SLACK, and Figma. Oh, and other platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and a bunch of other Digital Marketing related software tools and channels as well. If you’ve not used some of these before though, don’t rule yourself out.
