This team is after someone who truly knows a thing or two about digital account/ project management. In this gig, you’ll be at the helm of managing a really juicy bunch of clients. You’ll also project manage and coordinate the delivery of a bunch of cool and creative projects across digital channels, with a particular focus on driving the delivery of #ripper Shopify web builds and customisations. Yep. We’d like to think you’re someone who truly knows your way around Shopify quite innately, and you’re a bit of a jet at the in’s and out’s of it.
To make this role a shining success, you’re someone that’s across a few digital channels ideally, and you really shine when it comes to taking solid briefs and coordinating with technical specialists to deliver these projects. You also feel confident in your client-facing skills, because you’ll be working fairly closely with your client base. You’ll provide them with insights, recommendations, and ensure that whilst they may not understand all of the intricacies of the digital and web landscape, they’ll understand the digital journey and what to expect at all times.
Coordinate Shopify, WordPress & App builds, Branding, SEO & Digital Marketing projects and clients through the inhouse team of designers, developers, content writers, and digital marketers
Preparing agreements and project timelines with your client portfolio
Feel comfortable setting up projects in project management software (using Asana, TriggerApp or similar)
Take the lead on allocating resources to meet project requirements
- Prepare timelines and client milestones – then manage all of these throughout the project process
Arrange and run client meetings both at the commencement of the project and throughout delivery
Brief the ‘technical’ team and coordinating all to and fro with the client throughout the project
Collect content required for the project
- Client training
Participate in business improvement strategy; project reviews, process improvement, etc.
Solid Shopify Project Management experience; you know the difference between Collaborative Access, Owner Access, and Staff Access in Shopify; you know the terminology that Shopify uses to ‘categorise’ products; you know how EDM integrations can drive more sales through your store
You’ve got exceptional emotional intelligence and you really pride yourself on being able to manage relationships with clients of all shapes and sizes
Extraordinary communications skills, both written and verbal
You’ve got solid project/ account management process; you pride yourself on keeping the team and clients on track with timelines and budgets
You’re business savvy, and you’re constantly thinking creatively about how you can set your clients up for success
You’re across all the ‘cool’ tools like; Hubspot, Campaign Monitor, Google Docs, TriggerApp (or similar)
You’re a professional juggler and a truly organised person
You’re passionate about keeping yourself abreast of the changing digital landscape; eCommerce trends, design trends, etc.
