What we did.
After getting to know 2XM Recruit as a business and identifying their marketing goals and objectives, we got to work conducting research across their industry and competitors, as well as analysing their digital channels, historical data and overall online performance.
From there, we built a solid digital strategy across several channels to ensure we hit the right audience and achieved set goals. Our strategy outlined our short and long term action plans, as well as identifying key audiences and location, completing keyword research and developing content pillars. Following this, we organised a meeting to present our strategy to the 2XM Recruit team to ensure we were all on the same page from the get-go!
After getting the green light, we have been working on executing our action plan. This has included all aspects of on page, off page and technical SEO and executing captive and creative Organic Social Media Marketing across Facebook and LinkedIn.
