About Our Client
Sundale is a community based, non-for profit organisation supporting the needs of the community. They offer retirement communities, care centres and in-home care support services for elderly members of the community. The organisation has four retirement communities across the Sunshine Coast, including Coolum Waters, which recently had several new unit releases.
The new units at Coolum Waters required an online portal for promotion and sales. The client wanted this to be interactive and easy to update as units went under offer or sold. They also wanted it to link with their Hubspot CRM platform to allow easy access for their sales team.
We had the opportunity to work with Sundale on their ongoing SEO and digital marketing. Their statistics show that from the launch date 16th of November 2021 until the 1st of April 2021:
- Total page views = 12, 837
- Facebook Ads Reach = 69,715
- Facebook Impressions = 272,271
- Facebook Link Clinks = 7,297
- Google Ads Impressions = 6,497
- Google Ads Link Clinks = 640
- Google Ads Click Through Rate (CTR) = 9.7%
What We Did
To achieve this, we created an interactive ‘sales tool’ for the new units. This involved an interactive Google map that was custom made with an SVG overlay, showing exactly where the units are in the retirement community. This allows the user to click on individual properties to check out property features including the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, a floorplan and an image gallery.
All of the contact forms within the individual property pages and the overview page were integrated with Hubspot, allowing Sundale’s sales team to easily follow up on sales enquiries.
In order to increase brand awareness, we worked on an ongoing SEO strategy. This consisted of creating metadata, descriptions and alt tags relevant to the aged care industry. We also worked on their Google ads, increasing traffic on their website.
We also updated the home page, encouraging a strong call to action to the property listings, as well as launching a Facebook brand awareness campaign to drive traffic to the property listings.
This ultimately created a whole suite of sales tools for both their team and ours to promote and push sales. In fact, most of the listings are already under offer, with more units just released!
As well as the web updates, the SEO and digital marketing space have driven an increase in site visits and enquiries!
