Snacket was born from a simple idea: helping endurance athletes fuel smarter. Created by athletes who understood the frustrations of eating on the move, Snacket developed an innovative reusable silicone pouch designed to make refuelling easier, cleaner and more efficient during training and competition.

From brand strategy through to Shopify, creative production and digital marketing, BA partnered with Snacket as a full-service digital agency to launch a completely new brand. Every touchpoint was designed to create a cohesive, high-performance experience that would establish Snacket in the market and build a strong platform for future growth.

Built to go the distance

Launching a new product into a competitive market requires more than a great idea. It requires a brand people can immediately connect with. Through an in-depth brand strategy workshop, we uncovered what made Snacket unique and translated those insights into a bold visual identity that reflected the energy, adventure and determination of endurance athletes. The result was a modern brand built around confidence, movement and performance, with vibrant colours, strong typography and a flexible identity system capable of growing alongside the business.

The brand extended far beyond the logo. To support launch, BA led the creative direction for a comprehensive photography and videography campaign, capturing dynamic lifestyle content alongside premium studio imagery. Every asset was carefully art directed to create consistency across the Shopify store, paid advertising, billboards, email marketing and social media. By developing the brand and creative simultaneously, every customer touchpoint felt connected, giving Snacket a polished and memorable market debut.

A small store with big ambitions

Although intentionally compact at launch, the new Shopify website was designed to deliver a premium customer experience with minimal friction from landing page through to checkout. Every page focused on educating first-time visitors, building confidence in the product and encouraging conversion through thoughtful UX, engaging content and strategic merchandising. The website was built as a scalable foundation that could evolve alongside the growing product range while maintaining a fast, intuitive shopping experience.

The project also introduced several custom features designed to improve flexibility, increase average order value and support promotional campaigns without compromising usability.

Building momentum from day one

Launching a new ecommerce brand requires learning just as much as selling. Rather than chasing quick wins, the digital marketing strategy focused on building sustainable acquisition channels while gathering valuable customer insights that would shape future growth. Paid search and social campaigns introduced Snacket to new audiences, while educational messaging and real-world use cases helped demonstrate the product's value beyond traditional advertising.

As performance data accumulated, campaigns were continuously refined to improve efficiency and maximise return on investment. Website sessions increased by more than 50%, engagement improved significantly, cost per purchase reduced by approximately 40% and return on ad spend grew by 85% as campaigns matured. Supporting channels including email marketing, organic content and automated customer journeys reinforced trust, increased repeat engagement and created a strong foundation for long-term growth beyond the initial launch period.
