When Harmony J came to us, they had beautiful products and a loyal customer base, but their WordPress site was difficult to use and their ads were not reflecting the quality of the brand. A migration to Shopify presented the opportunity to completely rethink the experience and create a smoother path to purchase that matched the premium nature of their products.

We started by rebuilding the UX from the ground up, simplifying what was previously a complex buying journey. Custom products can quickly become overwhelming, so we designed a clear, step-by-step flow that guides customers through selecting their pram, choosing a fabric and adding matching accessories. The result is a more intuitive, confidence-building experience that removes friction and makes purchasing feel effortless.

Given the complexity of Harmony J’s product range, we developed a flexible product builder that adapts to different pram types including single, double and bassinet configurations. This ensures customers always receive the correct fit for their specific model. At the same time, we elevated the way fabrics are explored, transforming a large library of over 50 designs into a curated and visually engaging experience that encourages creativity rather than overwhelm.

The new Shopify store also brings Harmony J’s craftsmanship to the forefront. Every product is handmade in Australia, fully reversible and designed with care, and this story is woven throughout the site experience. Combined with the improved UX and product functionality, the result is a significant uplift in performance, including increases in conversion rate, returning customers and overall revenue.

Results
  • +28.5% conversion
  • +27.9% returning customers
  • +25.3% revenue
