Since opening its doors, Stylefast has built a loyal following as a contemporary women’s fashion boutique, known for its strong in-store experience and engaged social media community. With fashion trends and customer expectations evolving quickly, Stylefast recognised the need for a refreshed digital presence that better reflected the brand and supported long-term online growth.

Having previously partnered with BA Creative in 2019 for their original website build and brand evolution, Stylefast returned to BA for a major update — a testament to the strength of the long-term relationship and trust built over time.

Stylefast first partnered with BA Creative over seven years ago to launch their Shopify store. As the brand continued to grow and customer expectations evolved, it became clear the platform needed a refresh that would better support modern shopping behaviours while maintaining the effortless, curated experience Stylefast is known for.

The redesign centred on elevating Stylefast's digital presence while keeping products at the forefront. Clean layouts, refined typography, improved collection experiences and enhanced product merchandising were introduced to create a more premium and fashion-forward feel. The result is a modern ecommerce experience that reflects the brand's confident aesthetic while making it easier for customers to browse, discover and shop across a growing product catalogue.

The project was equally focused on introducing features that improve product discovery, increase customer confidence, and create more opportunities for engagement throughout the shopping journey.

  • Product Filters
    Enhanced filtering functionality allows customers to quickly narrow down products by category, brand, size, colour and price, making it easier to browse Stylefast's extensive catalogue.
  • Sibling Products with Colour Swatches
    Product variations are connected through interactive colour swatches, allowing customers to seamlessly browse alternative colours and styles without needing to return to collection pages.
  • "As Seen On" Videos
    Video content was incorporated directly into product pages to showcase fit, movement and styling, helping customers make more informed purchasing decisions.
  • "Style It With" Product Recommendations
    Complementary product recommendations were strategically placed throughout product pages to inspire outfit building and encourage customers to discover related items.
  • Okendo Reviews Integration
    Customer reviews and ratings were integrated using Okendo, providing valuable social proof and helping build trust throughout the purchase journey.
  • Klaviyo Email Migration
    The project included a migration to Klaviyo, providing Stylefast with a more robust email marketing platform to support customer retention, automation and personalised communications.
  • "Shop the Blog" Product Recommendations
    Products featured within editorial and blog content can now be shopped directly, creating stronger connections between inspiration and conversion while enhancing the content experience.
